#1427 RE: fishypete #1422

I have to comment on your post. I am the William Smith listed with a 144 filing. These 144's are simply to get stocks registered for sale. If the holder wishes to. It is not a declaration of intent to sell. I ran into this over on the other board when someone accused me of being an insider. I am not!!! This was a purchase of warrants earlier this year due to a purchase deadline imposed on the warrants from when the intitial and original IPO came out. It represents a fraction of my holdings. I am long and do not intend to sell. I have done testing for one of the licensees and I know very well what the product does and what the potential is for end users on mold, mildew, health problems etc.

Just because someone is listed here does not mean their intentions are to sell. It does allow them to sell if they wish but if they know the product, along with recent recovery moves, along with epa approvals, patents and so on. Why would they want to sell for penny's.

This document does not tell the story unless an explanation and understanding goes along with the post! Furthermore some of these filings date back 2 years! My god two years is an eternity for this bsti History.

The way some of the other boards posters cut and paste as they did before. I am not an insider. I want to make that clear!!!

Mr. Fishy Pete - the story has already been told. If you go back and read through some of the posts here and various Chair Mails you will have your story. Neither I nor anyone else on this board should have to constantly inform you, remind you and set you straight each time you swerve over the center line.

The Tucker 144s have to do with TM and were explained, the Wilson and Jackson 144s had to do with debt conversion and if you either don't remember that or can not follow the story, what are we suppose to do? Wmgsmith explained his 144 and several others before him all have explanations or reasons behind them. None of them essentially negative or providing reasons to buy or sell this particular issue.

To me it does a great disservice to just post a bunch of 144 filings and head it up with: "This tells a story". (a) You don't have a clue as to what story it tells. (b) You are trying to sensationalize something and hence distort the facts and truth. (c) The inference you depict is negative in nature, but the reasons behind the filings are anything but negative and they encompass a few years and a whole host of reasons, none of which you provide.

It would be like me leading you to a lake and saying look at all the dead floating fish. And over there on the left bank resides a chemical plant and over on the right bank a power plant and other there next to the power plant a textile mill. But hey don’t tell me what lies upstream. If you are going to make an inference explain why the various 144s are bad, don't just point a finger.
