An out-house will cost you a good 4 million. that's a shack.

A home will cost you about 6 to 11 million. Enjoy paying yearly prop. taxes. You need to consider a thousand dollars per 100 thousand of what your home is worth. LOL That's the most expensive prop in the US. Go on line, check out the homes on 17 mile drive.....LOL<LOL<LOL<LOL<LOL

You might want to check out Santa Cruz, Capitola, or Half Moon Bay. Still expensive but a few million less. Still looking at millions.

Hope you are holding at least 20 million shares for a huge pay off of 2.00. Remember, you still need to eat. lol
