you are wrong...he has already had a second time around...and it was no more difficult than the first...the third time may end up being a little different though...
and i wouldnt be too queasy about passing judgement...its all about the money...and if you have money involved, you better be ready to be the judge, jury and executioner...the maket isnt for the weak...
This is the 3rd time around Catch not the second. PM has plead guilty to 2 felonies already including fraud. How he is allowed to run a company, and how this stock is still allowed to be traded is beyond me.
