It's hard to say. Looks like somebody is nibbling, but they don't want to have to pay up. Did it even trade 10,000 shares yesterday? Was under 8,000 today, probably drawing in sell orders around $4, and the "lone" buyer quickly gobbled up what was there and looks to have walked away. If it drifts lower on no volume the next few days, they're waiting for more sell orders to show up.
