You have read everything else, so I am assuming that you have also read the 2008 Annual Report for S839, on the Lloyd's website:

It carries the following disclosure:

"The terms of the reinsurance to close, stipulated that the 2001 year of account would be closed with a final result that would require no further collection of losses from the 2001 members, nor any distribution to them."

The "2001 members" were, of course, the Trainwreck and its affiliates and subsidiaries.

Thats my point, here he says he is short, never a mention of that on the yahoo board, If I remember correctly he denied even having a position
