max pain is taken care of. we will be lucky to get outside of todays range as set by the high and low print

i went out in my 57/43 hedge position.

sold all JAPAN and EN longs. added some SC, PR, WC and a bunch of NC.

flipped half ndx shorts to RUT and used some long proceeds to buy addtional RUT shorts.

net 14% long for what sholuld be a C day.

was right about today and got the D.

FYI,the trending method I discussed with you yesterday only tells me the direction of the trend.I don't really use it for actual trading decisions.

I suspect if tested it would work out similar to moving average crossovers.It probably would work ok in trending markets but in sideways markets you would be whipsawed.Still it helps to give the big picture.
