Why is the BOD only coming out now? Seems strange that there are 3 well known pinksheet fraudsters on the board and no one knew about it. Some of these guys have indictments pending. Way to go SEC. I guess there really is no one looking ioout for the little guy.

Looking back when the CEO stated durning the conference call the Board of Directors were like silent that said it was a scam.

As the CEO I would think by law he would have to disclouse who the BOD is or at the very least tell where the information could be found for shareholders.

The by laws gave shareholders the right if they owned enough to call a special meeting by notice to officers of the company or board members.

Let say you wanted to remove the CEO.If he want disclouse the information to sharteholders how could they call a meeting on the issues raised.

You would not know who to send notice to.This says its a scam.Go back and listen to the CC.Take out all the music,fighting and see what this man said on the record.
