not wal marts corporate culture. any vendor who would announce a sale to them violates their confidentiality and would have any business taken away.
very, very strict rules dealing with wmt, but, contrary to rumor, they are fair people, pay their bills on time and live up to their committments. all they want is the best price and SILENCE!!!! ZZZZZip it.
