Bopfan is a former bankruptcy lawyer who I assume worked for one of the law firms similar in stature to Weil. We are extremely fortunate ,imho, to have a person of her obvious experience sharing her opinions on the Yahoo board and occasionally this board.

I have tried to bring her here several months ago, she wouldn't have it. I like her logic for the same reason everyone else who like to think logically, she does not conjecture, it all makes sense, she has some some predictions based on her experience and some of trivial ones did not come true, however, that does not dis credit her at all; we are all humans after all.
