To tell you quite honestly, I have not seen any published patent or patent-pending application for Exobox's 1st product release - DLD/DLP. I am relying on the words of Exobox's Company Profile:

The company holds two patents for its proprietary information security software and is scheduled to launch its first commercially available software-as-a-service (SaaS) product in the second quarter of 2009. This product incorporates Exobox’s original Suez technology and also uses new patent-pending technologies."
