Could this be a sign of things to come?
If we went into court and got half of the prayer relief we are asking for, we would be in enough financial shape, that we wouldn't have to settle with JPM or FDIC. We could actually make this thing get into the press and use them to "try the case!"

The main questions is: When will the adversary proceeding take place that will start to address these claims and counterclaims?

I can't wait because it will make the price of this stock go up 500-1000% if ruled in our favor. We have a huge gap to fill after .18 then it's all the way to $1.50 in a rocketship!

YOUSE don't get it yet. Corruption has nothing to do with what the final outcome of this bankruptcy will be. This is way bigger and over every ones heads here including mine. Am not saying it's right, but that is what is happening. Still find it odd, only people in agreement are allowed to express an opinion here. Fatal mistake, every time. We are all getting the short end of the stick from the current financial markets. Which is the reason WAMU is in bankruptcy, and it's getting worse. I hope many of youse here make a lot of money, and achieve youse's dreams from this stock. But these numbers expected in settlement are getting pretty outrageous, and will disappoint many, after the bankruptcy is settled. Good luck youse guys , Indian
