He does so on twitter it seems. There is nothing wrong with PRs. His company is growing and getting started with their first major literary acquisition, possible co-production and concerts... That is NEWS.

It is all important for this company to grow the shareholder base and exposure. If that doesn't play to some traders techniques then oh well, IMO.

No. Share Price on the Pink Sheets lives and dies by the PR cycle. There is only one reason for the PPS to rise--a PR campaign. People won't accept twitter as a substitute because they don't believe anything that is not in an SEC filing, but they will accept PRs as part of a pump and dump campaign. There is mucho mistrust on the pinks.

PINR has not been filing so that leaves PRs.

Edit: your other suggestion may have validity--that PINR can transcend pink sheet status by attracting entertainment industry interest, but without an uplist, I have my doubts that that would work. The pinks are too much wild west, too speculative, too lawless. No investment advisor will touch them.
