Threes, have you circled back to PPHM to see if there are other sites still accepting patients for the GBM trials? Perhaps, PPHM can allow for one more to enter the Phila trial?

It is a mixed blessing that we have been waiting for a couple years for PPHM Cotara GBM trials to get fully enlisted and now the trials are full. Trials are both an entry opportunity for treatment for those who have GBM and qualify but the filling of trials means that Cotara is progressing another step towards approval where treatment can be provided to all comers.

If Cotara is what she wants and the trials are closed I'd apply for compassionate use.

Most of the time it's a matter of logistics in regards to a trial site. Most do not want to travel hundereds of miles and possibly spend months away from family in hopes a drug will work.

3’s, a Life’s on the line – sometime’s convenience isn’t the 1st priority. I’d at least take a look at the India Ph.2 trial…
