Let me take that a little further. Lets assume Allie is pissed at him and wants out of the relationship. Lets also assume that if accepts this buyout (which I am still skeptical) that he has no role with the new buyers because they have no need for him. That leaves him out on the sidewalk pounding sand. Granted he will have a nice chunk of cash in his pocket, but he completely loses his company and probably does not make as much money as he hoped. Supposedly he reallly wants to make a "difference in this world". Maybe that is what this is all about?
