Sounds like Allie is the other "silent" partner and Jared had to increase the A/S in order to prevent him from doing a Hostile takeover of EESO. Now that there relationship is dwindling. (All speculation) But it sounds as if that is going on which is why he is "evaluating the relationships he has with people"
Several CC's ago, when Jared was discussing the WowGreen thing, he stated that the new facility in Portage was leased by EESO, to use for WowGreen products. He stated at that time that EESO would be manufacturing the products for an indefinate period of time, and then more than likely turn the process over to WowGreen. I don't see this as anything that wasn't in the makings from the very beginning. Go back and listen the the CC's, and you will hear what I am stating.
