There is a power struggle going on based on strong rumor between Allie and Jared. I also think this is alot of the reason for the large AS count increase. Someone said in a WOW GREEN CC recently that they were manufacturing their own formulas now!!! Part of PR below...

Hochstedler continues, "The key to the retail side is that we've made an agreement with Wow Green International, LLC. to give them exclusivity on the retail line formulas for their use. That means no more of our products on retail shelves and that Wow Green International will be entitled to exclusive rights (note it doesn't SAY exclusive SALES RIGHTS) on all of our retail formulas... and this is a strategic move for EESO and its shareholders."

EESO does get a yearly Royalty FEE. Since most of the 136 mil in revenues were to come from WOW GREEN then that all probably won't happen now imo. Jared needed to raise the AS so go after OTHER big companies now.

WTF, EESO is a founding investor and both parties completed their roles per the contract. I'd like more clarification on that and how EESO benefits from Wow Green. Maybe Allie was smart enough to arrange for a contract whereby his association with Jared is very minimal. Allie is an experienced businessman, Jared isn't.
