Regarding the issue of presuming guilt.

I'm not necessarily in disagreement with it. It's ridiculous NOT to presume the government has a strong case IMO. However, that's only true for what (or who) has been indicted.

IHUB has not been indicted, so I'm presuming it to be innocent of any crime whatsoever and would not consider changing my opinion unless it was charged - or unless Matt were charged with using it - which he hasn't.
