I hear you. I do not know about that. It has been my suspicions that investors and companies are a little gun shy of Genta due to management.

My personal plan is to still hang on to my position and if I do not hear anything before the R/S I will dump it. I will buy back in later this year around September if things look promising, not a pray and wait type.

Either way I believe this is not just a dilution issue. I think that there is a big lack of confidence in this companies management and that was their own doing. Its going to take some serious work on their parts to prove themselves to companies looking to buy or partner.
