Generic, ... The SEC case will settle out. The criminal cases? Far less likely. But, I see no way that Matt beats this rap completely.

I sort of agree with the Indian. Plea bargaining? It will be hard for Matt's attorney to accomplish much because of the horrific facts alleged in Matt's indictment.

In the end, the strength of Matt's bargaining position probably depends on who he decides he is willing to rat out and offer up. It may not be easy (or even possible) for Matt to do that. ... eom
