Having a corporate web page is not necessarily of crucial importance, but it does show (true or false) basic information about a company. There is no real excuse for claiming to soon have something like a simple web page and then not doing it; puzzling behavior. I would hope that there would be some authority to hold a company liable if they print falsehoods. After all, Martha Stewart went to jail for lying to the government. Outright falsehoods should be serious business for any person or corporation in this country, with severe penalties to eliminate such behavior, and restore some integrity to small businesses. As for me, my investment decision for Hunt Gold was heavily influenced by their claims to go forward with a dual listing and web page, not to mention distribution of shares from the sale of a company, and promises of good news soon. As an investor I wish them the best.
