Everytime anyone has (hypothetically) provided evidence, it's as lame as the last two I have responded to. I haven't seen a single shred of evidence to suggest that Matt used IHub for illicit gains.
If you want to READ INTO IT or READ BETWEEN THE LINES - go ahead, but I don't believe there is a single phrase in the SEC indictment that even implies it - much less says it!
