Not sure about your definition of "just plain crazy", but your basic math isn't very accurate. In fact, a move from $.22 to $.82 is 272.7%, not 400%. That is more than a trivial error.
My definition of just plain crazy is to pump a conference then PR one (1) new statistic. Where's the data? Why such slim data? Where's the preliminary 2nd cohort data?

On another note, didn't anyone find it strange that this was reported on by a Dr. From an Indian medical institute? PPHM has other phase 2's in India, but wasn't this the Georgia trial?
