I actually wrote an entire system to probe SEC filings and grab *all* the data.

10k, 10-q, 8-k, it doesn't matter. It would put it where it needed to go. I left off on processing insider trades.

Remember that PERL script you wrote me, ages ago?

Yeah, threw it in the garbage and wrote my own CFM code. Parses SEC filings like a red head eating a cinnamon donut.
