Just a general observation from 40 years of ups and downs in the stock market.
Almost every time when you see a huge up day with tremendous volume like last Thursday, and don't really see the reason for it, something really good happens in the near future. Partnership, merger, buyout, huge govt contract, etc. - I believe at least one of these good things will happen and soon and the stock price will be a lot higher than it is now.
"Conclusions: Bavituximab plus docetaxel achieved an encouraging response rate in advanced/metastatic breast cancer in Stage A of this study. Enrollment in Stage B of the trial is expected to be completed with preliminary results available by the annual meeting."
Either they were optimistic in the timeline to completing enrollment when they submitted the abstract, or we should get another PR. I think enrollment went a little slower than they thought it would back in January, but that is just a hunch . . .
