j. On or about December 7, 2006, defendant BROWN communicated via instant message with P.D. regarding P.D.'s posting of messages concerning GI-3's stock on IHUB internet message boards.

He could have been asking why he posted X, Y or Z. He could have said "Don't post that on IHub." He could have said he deleted those posts. He could have said anything. This doesn't prove (or even stand as evidence) that Matt used IHub to further his illicit gains!

Totally out of context. This is the context of the posting of messages.

7. It was a part of the conspiracy that defendant MATTHEW W. BROWN and P.D., J.M., J.C. and M.R., along with others known and unknown to the grand jury, sought to artificially inflate market demand for GH3 shares by manipulating sales in GH3 stock in a way that appeared to be the product of free and fair market forces. lentinman yeah I am sure, based on the evidence that Matt told "PD" that his posts were way over the top and they were being deleted. After that he helped coordinate a PR that falsely pointed to shorting in order to help sell stock, then helped launder the money and paid a man $10,000 to drive $146,000 in luandered funds cross country.

But in all of that I am sure he remained completely on the up and up as far as IHUB is concerned....LMAO!!!!!

It all fit together like a puzzle, all aspects of deception were used and that included IHUB.
