Hasn't Obama spent more in his first 3 months as President than all other Presidents combined?

Isn't Obama the first to personally take out a head of a public company (GM)?

Obama has played a big role in this whole mess. What is crazy is the aftermath future generations will have to deal with is staggering. This is Obama's depression, no doubt about it. But it is only beginning.
