Did you listen to the last conference call where they said they were in constant communication with the EMEA? Stated all the EMEA said was that they needed to show the results again and they were good to go. Why would they say this and still make them wait 15 to 18 months like you say?
Your probably new to Genta because all they need is a confirmatory trial. They are looking for approval arounf 4th qtr of this year. It took 12-18 months to complete the trial not approve the drug

Been in this stock for a while at.005's. I'm getting out! Why? Ray and his co-workers have been manipulating this stock. Buying up shares so they can control the vote, R/S us then dilute some more. Why else would they change the record date? Because things were not going in their favor! I see a lawsuit in Genta's future regarding stock manipulation. All just my opinion!
