Scenarios involving money obviously attract the most deceptive behavior. In some cases, there is such a need for survival, that it almost gives some credence to the scammers objective (need for food and shelter). I don't have any idea what percentage of scammers are just 'getting by' in life, but I have some pity for them.
This paragraph was what I was referring to. Scenarios involving money and the fact this thread is about penny scammers made it easy to misunderstand the meaning but glad to see we are on the same page. Hope you enjoy your weekend.
