It may sound bizzare to the average trader but I feel this drug will explode and soon enough for me. It's all about the drugs. Go back to blogs of CTIC and VNDA and see how they compare to GNTA at about this stage.

Maybe Ray is holding off on announcing partnership until he can't wait any longer. Therefore accumulating as many shares as possible through his share compensation package before news is announced.
