Look, until there are, I hate to say it,
more 'government' mandated regulations..i.e,
a felony for perpetrators....this will continue,
but that will never happen. Like, are we supposed
to do background checks of every subscriber to
IHUB??
The problem I see is the companies themselves. The
fact that anyone could start a pinksheet scam with
relative ease is like a person buying a doctors
license and start performing surgery.
We all know that a great percentage of penny stock
companies, particularly the greatly unregulated
'pink sheets' are scams.
The savvy trader can still make money off a scam...
there we get into the consortium of 'frontloaders'
as opposed to the smuck like me that lucks out
from time to time with one of these penny stocks.
This whole arena is a "Bonanza" for greed to take
hold and manifest itselt in us all. Even honest
people get sucked into it.
Where has the saying "Honest is the Best Policy"
gone......that is laughable to many now, and needs
to be restored, and a part of the IHUB mission
statement.
BTW: I want IHUB to stay, and to get better, and
for any new memmber or one who renews their membership
to feel as 'secure' as possible that all of our
'assumption of risk' in investing/trading stocks
falls under the umbrella of Integrity and Fairness.
