I asked Paul earlier if there was any dilution or converting going on today.

His exact reply was:

WE HAVE NOT CONVERTED/ISSUED A SINGLE SHARE FOR ANYONE IN OVER A MONTH. I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TODAY! IT HAD TO BE PEOPLE THAT ALREADY OWNED THE STOCK BECAUSE NOTHING NEW WAS ISSUED.

Guys this was all retail buying, again it is not possible to dilute or convert without a bid, and there you have it directly from the king of the issuers own mouth!

stop posting that it was dilution, it wasnt, and please start doing some of your own DD.

Isn't Steven St. Louis the new CEO of IMGW?

IMGW would shoot through the roof if the proposed R/S is to be cancelled, and a company buy-back is announced after the audit has been revealed. One just never know down here.
Definately worth some coin to gamble IMO.
