Not quite, Fred. Reference the log volume calculator I posted.

A 13 inch log 55 feet long holds 280 bf.....and that assuming that 13" is inside the bark, small end. More likely would be to figure it based on 11 inches which is 170bf. Milled, the yield would increase somewhat.
