No...we don't. The questions presented are based on a negative assumption which WE investors know aren't true.
I can tell you with a certain degree of certainty, ASFX no longer has an 'exclusive' agreement with technimed.
They actually never truly had exclusivity and that is why they sued Technimed. If they "retained their right to sell" as stated, then they might have retained their original exclusive right that they were supposed to have to begin with.
I am also very suspect, now, of any agreement they may have had with walgreens.
What a surprise.
I think the recent activity along with silence of the company, increased A/S and failing SP serve to provide the writting on the wall for all to see and evaluate.
Your opinion but again, wrong. Based on the number of ASFX investors here who make nice profits on the market every day and think otherwise about ASFX, I think their opinions have a bit more merit.
