I agree Wardo. Weber's general M.O. seems to be to explain details to shareholders after he has things under control and/or accomplished.
If he determined it was going to take X amount of time to "get the house in order" I don't see him leaking various data points out in drips and drabs along the way.
He'd want to:
1) get clarity: first understand the situation, with validation from trusted 3rd parties - then,
2) develop the plan: to "get the house in order" in consultation with his advisors - and finally,
3) execute the plan.
What we'll find out on Friday (if it's Friday) is what stage we're at: end of #2 or middle of #3, above. IMHO.
