... the rather large variation between receivables and sales becomes clear. Jared stated they are having trouble with the receivables side LOL... another way of stating that sales projections as receivables were never quite that, well, solid.
I can just see it now, telephone calls, promises to look at a product if you just send some over, projected sales if that client would only just buy some af the darn stuff.... it all gets out of hand when the lure of a PR to pump worthless stock looms.
The question that begs: Does anyone here think that Jared and Belmont are playing good cop/bad cop but are really on the same team? Does anyone really believe that Jared didn't know what he was doing when he signed the financing agreement with the professional shark? That he would be stupid enough to try and do an end run around the contract?
I believe he knew all along, and designed this play around, the Belmont Death Spiral being invoked at some time in the near future, hence all the initial selling of shares from the inside BEFORE the debentures started to convert.
