From my understanding, IR will be paid mostly in cash. There are certain strike prices. The higher it goes, the more they will make.
Brett said that the last time they did this, about a year and a half ago, they paid shares. This only cause a pop then it came back down. He doesn't want to get in that situation again and is looking for a steady climb, hence the strike prices.
This is the best way to go. Once people notice how undervalued this is, it will move on it's own merit anyhow. They just need to make people aware of it, which they are doing.
