Thanks up for that info! I think that is exactly why the deal is not sealed as you laid out. I think he is not going to sell the stock down the river like other CEO's would to crappy hedgies. He owns 85% so don't think he is going to let crap invest in this one. His shares are restricted and I am sure he needs and wants a higher pps just like us. He is looking for good solid folks IMO. Swee can update us soon I hope for he said a couple weeks.
