I thought the 200,000,000 shares set aside in Q3/08 as per Jared's Letter to Shareholders were for Allie. He mentioned in that Letter that they were for a party that could not yet be mentioned as they were in negotiations.

Sounds like WOWGreen/Allie for the 200 million common - maybe some preferred as well as those numbers were going through the roof at that time as well.

I still say it's his wife, or someone else very close.

Either way, I don't think anyone would actually mind if it were Allie, which begs the question as to why Jared dodged the question. That's what leads me to believe it's his wife, voting rights etc, not to mention cash-out time.



not new. Its Allie. Let's be rational here. They were added late last year. Contracts for WOWGreen were added around that very time. It doesn't take much to see that they are for Allie.
