It would not be sharing inside info since a CC is a public forum.

True drifter, but could he not say. "The business plan is developing as it was written and we feel strongly we will meet and/or exceed previous announced projections". Just some indication of being on track or not. I didn't hear the CC but it sounds like he didn't sound to pumped about any of the recent past items that had him so excited earlier. Don't know what do you think?

Drifter, where in the world did you get the idea that you can't give any numbers out unless it's in a press release? The problem with that is that some people will hear that and actually believe that that is the reason for no disclosure in the CC. If it's an open forum and especially a Q & A the CEO can give out such infomation.

You SHOULD have KNOWN that NO NUMBERS can be given out!!! That would be insider information sharing and IS NOT LEGAL. Has to be PR'D first. Give me a break.
