In one ADMINS case he "COULD and he DID".( allegedly, for those who wish to believe the charges aren't true)
I did put the worg ALLEGEDLY for that reason, but YES me personally, i think he is as guilty as sin. THAT IS JUST MY OPINION, just as you or others may think he is clean as a whistle.
Put it this way. I did the DD and it isn't looking good. The 24 HK accounts alone should make people go hummmmmmmmm.

Means you think he is guilty before a trial?

Maybe all of the investigators and prosecutors should be fired. They believed he was guilty the day before the complaint was filed. Is that fair?

The evidence they are providing is not assumptions or guesses. They are naming names, places, dates, times, written communications and providing account numbers to the accounts the money was being transferring through.

Now, there is a very slight (less than 5% based on the Fed's conviction rates) chance that these "alleged" perps can get off. But even if they did get off on some sort of technicality, there is still the hard evidence of the games being played.

So, If Legalegaltx wants to believe in the guilt of these "alleged" perps, so be it.
