littlejohn', I realize we won't know exactly until they tell us but... why would chfi.ob let gfre.ob issue 21M shares for $1 and not pay off the loan dued chfi.ob? The 8k I looked at said after the deal was made the loan was paid in full and cancelled. Are you saying gfre.ob got $21M but may not have paid chfi.ob that full amount? Because that 8k makes it look like the deal basically paid-off chfi.ob and the 3 entities took the $21M on themselves by paying $1/share and signing the lock-up agreement.
