Sorry you feel that way. I am just making some observations and making comments of a plausible nature. Here is a comment from KA excerpted from his latest letter.
As of 1/10/09, Hemi had 47 productive wells, either currently producing or capable of production. Thirty-one (31) wells were deemed inoperable after testing, and will need to be plugged.
In the meantime, management is cutting expenses, remaining debt-free and conserving capital for the time when the price of oil rises again, so that planned projects may be executed profitably.
