FG, the way I see it, it would be difficult to get the votes. I think I read that Rich owns 42% of the company. Between that and the shares held by the rest of the officers in the corp. they should clearly be in the majority. I don't know a lot about how such things work so please challenge me if I am wrong. SH

Francois+Goelo...Where did you find out that Rich doesn't control more than 50% of SEVU?

I was under the impression from Rich that he controlled more than 50%, so what changed that I missed.

I also agree with others here that there would not be enough votes to remove him from CEO.
