In this case must agree, youse are absolutely right. But many court cases have been destroyed be 'wording' that was 'assumed' to be right by all lawyers. When it comes to the law, WAMU'S case is a perfect example. It all boils down to the wording, not what is assumed. This is another reason for an extended solution to this case, re-reading, and double checking all papers, and purported facts, is very time consuming.
