CHFI's filing deadline is end of this month, not the 15th.

I've had a few PMs on CHFI's filing status...a few people thinking they're late as other China microcaps has already reported their 1st q results (or should have).

CHFI does not file a 10-Q.

They file an N-Q, a "Quarterly Schedule of Portfolio Holdings of Registered Management Investment Company".

The deadline for their Q1 N-Q is 60 days past the end of Q1.

They filed Q1 2008 (on time) on 5/28.

Also, CHFI has never had a late filing or even an extension request in it's history that I could find.
