Can somebody please explain to me why employees, friends,etc of pygc and the new buyer would not buy all the shares of pygc at .03 if they knew there was a definite buyout at .57? It makes no sense. All these people would know for sure if this was a real buyout. It would not be insider trading since it's already public knowledge. Dont you think the shares should be all sold by now? This one fact leads me to believe that there is something wrong here. I hope somebody can give me a logical explanation cuz like most people on this board I want to believe that it is real.
