Rising energy cost, difficulty obtaining loans, and yet wide unemployment base does not make for a good outlook to me. Whatever rise in earning these sectors may have gotten recently should not be construed as a "bottom" towards guaranteed rises ahead. I would remain very cautious about what's yet to come.
The market has not purged itself of toxic assets, nor has it turned to any working solution as of yet. Moreover, commercial real estate is coming due for a downturn, which has been referred to multiple times, but ignored by the masses.
