I have tried to email them several times but have not gotten a response for a while. Non of my emails were "attacking" and I was just trying to find out what their time frame was.

But out of all the garbage we have been fed, I can't say that I would believe them anyway. None of what they have been saying is true. What about the NESS deal? You know, the letter of intent? It's crazy that on the NESS website it states that they had been purchased in November of 2008 waaaaaaay before UVSE(E) even mentioned anything about acquiring companies.

Or how about the fact that they wouldn't have to use all the outstanding shares when it increased to 1.25 billion or when it went to 6.5 billion.

So even if I had talked to him, give me one reason why I should believe a word he says. Should I just ingore the facts? Should I let him feed me more garbage?

No. If the company starts doing things right, then they can regain my trust again. But until then I will be in "believe it when I see it" mode.

I have multiple times, Raley refuses to answer my questions or even respond to my e-mails, but thanks for telling me the obvious. If you play stupid, then Raley responds, if you ask real questions, you get silence.

I normally would agree with your post, because I agree that people need to make contact with the company and do there own research. But That is exactlly why people on this board are so negative. They have emailed or called and its all copy and past responces, word for word in most cases. I want to believe in this company I really do, I like money just as much as the next Guy or Gale, but we have never once been told the truth. The negative posts stem from people doing research and relaizeing that certian oppertunities have been missed or just flat out made up. We here about 10K this 10 Q that, but the bottom line is we really dont know because were kept in the dark even when we DO ASK.

All that said I hope that they do know what there doing because I want to make money on my investment.
