You are absolutely correct when you say--"Nonetheless they need to start this reselling initiative and stop diluting the share structure every quarter". This is the only way they can make enough money to acquire the terminal and finally own some assets. Financing is impossible to find these days, so acquisitions will have to wait for a while. They need to build their cash up and start getting out of debt so they look better on paper for future financing opportunities. I'm still long and hoping like you we hear more on their previously announced objectives.
