Darby, I fully agree with you here.They must carry out these vital actions as promised or the company is going to find it very difficult in maintaining shareholder trust and new investor interest.It really would be a total shame if they ran a potentially excellent company/project into the ground before it even had the chance to become a profitable venture.
I believe the SEC filing/news reports over the next few weeks will determine how this plays out for us...
